** Present Perfect continuous Tense.

Structure:-

S + have/has + been + V₁ + ing + O
Conjugation of the verb to play.
I have been playing cricket .
We have been playing cricket .
You have been playing cricket .
He/She/it has playing cricket .
They have been playing cricket .
** Present Perfect continuous Tense ৰ ব্যৱহাৰ:-কোনো এটা কাম অতীততে আৰম্ভ হৈ বৰ্তমানলৈকে ( এতিয়ালৈ) চলি থকা বুজাবলৈ Present Perfect continuous Tense ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়।(Present perfect continuous Tense is used to explain that a task has started in the past and is still going on.)
যেনে:-1)যোৱা পাচঁ বছৰে তেওঁ ইংৰাজী শিকি আছে।
=> He has been learning English for the last five years.
2) ১ ৯ ৯২ চনৰ পৰা ৰাম গুৱাহাটীত আছে।
=> Ram has been living in Guwahati since 1992.
3) যোৱা ৰাতিৰে পৰা বৰষুন দি আছে।
=> It has been raining since last night.
4) মানুজন যোৱা দুবছৰে নৰিয়াপাটীত পৰি আছে।
=> The man has been lying sick for the last two years.
5) বনুৱাবোৰে গোটেই দিনটো কাম কৰি আছে।
=> The labourers have been working for the whole day.
6) তেওঁ ৰাতি পুৱাৰ পৰা পঢ়ি আছে।
=> He has been reading since morning.
7) যোৱা দুদিন ধৰি বৰষুন দি আছে।
=> It has been raining for the last two days.
8) জন্মৰে পৰা মই এই ঠাইত আছো।
=> I have been living in this place since I was born.
9) যোৱা দুমাহ ধৰি তেওঁক দেখা নাই।
=> I have not seen him for the last two months.
10) কেতিয়াৰ পৰা তুমি ইয়াত আছা?
=>Since when have you been here?
11) তুমি কিমান সময় ইয়াত বহি আছা?
=> How long have you been sitting here?
12) যোৱা দেওবাৰৰ পৰা বৰষুন দি আছে।
=> It has been raining since last sunday.
13) পৰহিৰ পৰা ক্ৰিকেত খেলখন তেওঁলোকে খেলি আছে।
=> They have been playing the cricket match since day before yesterday.
14) তেওঁ দুঘন্টা ধৰি ইয়াতে অপেক্ষা কৰি আছে।
=> He has been waiting here for two hours.
15) তেওঁৰ দেউতাকে কালিৰ পৰা জ্বৰত ভূগি আছে।
=> His father has been suffering from fever since yesteday.
** কোনো কোনো ক্ষেত্ৰত কামটো এইমাত্ৰ সমাপ্ত হোৱা বুজাবওঁ পাৰে। ( In some cases the work may just mean finished.
1) তুমি কিমান সময় মোলৈ বাট চাই আছা?
=> How long have you been waiting for me ?
2) মই সদায় ভাল কলম এডাল বিচাৰি আছোঁ।
=> I have always wanted a good pen.
বা I have always been waiting a good pen.
** Present Perfect continuous Tense অত দুটা Preposition ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়:-(Present Perfect continuous Tense is used in two such preposions.
1) Since আৰু 2) For
1) Since:- এটা নিৰ্দিষ্ট সময়ৰ পৰা(Point of time) বুজাবলৈ since ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়।(Since is used to explain a Point of time.)
যেনে:-
1) I have been here since 7 O'clock.
=> মই ৭ বজাৰ পৰা ইয়াত আছো।
2) I have not seen him since February.
=> মই তেওঁক ফেব্ৰুৱাৰীৰ পৰা দেখা নাই।
3) The patient has not slept since the night before last.
=> ৰোগীয়ে যোৱাৰ আগনিশাৰ পৰা শুই থকা নাই।
4) She has been suffering from influenza since then.
=> তাই তেতিয়াৰ পৰা ইনফ্লুৱেঞ্জাত ভুগি আছে।
5) I have met him twice since last Sunday.
=> মই যোৱা দেওবাৰৰ পৰা তেওঁক দুবাৰ লগ পাইছো।
2) For:- ব্যাপক সময় (Period of time) বুজাবলৈ For ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হয়।(For is used to explain period of time.)
যেনে:-
1) I shall be here for three hours.
=> মই ইয়াত তিনি ঘণ্টাৰ বাবে থাকিম।
2) I have not seen him for a long time.
=> মই তেওঁক দীৰ্ঘদিন ধৰি দেখা নাই।
3) He will stay here for a week.
=> তেওঁ ইয়াত এসপ্তাহৰ বাবে থাকিব।
4) She has been suffering from illness for a long time.
=> তাই দীৰ্ঘদিন ধৰি অসুস্থতাত ভুগি আছে।
